These General Terms and Conditions govern the remote sales relationship between ABADIA DE COLLADO HERMOSO SL and the user or client, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, in particular Law 7/1998 of April 13 on General Terms and Conditions of Contract, Law 3/2014 of March 27 amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996 of January 15 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
The sale of products is exclusively aimed at professionals; therefore, Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, shall not apply.
ABADIA DE COLLADO HERMOSO SL reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to these General Terms and Conditions. Such modifications may be made through its websites by any legally admissible means and shall be binding for as long as they remain published on the website and until replaced by subsequent valid ones. Nevertheless, ABADIA DE COLLADO HERMOSO SL reserves the right to apply, when appropriate, specific conditions that take precedence over these General Terms when deemed suitable, and provided they are announced in due form. The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

In case of non-fulfillment due to unavailability, ABADIA DE COLLADO HERMOSO SL offers the option of replacing the product with a similar one or producing a custom piece if needed.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without giving any reason.
Products must be returned without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date the withdrawal was communicated.
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the effective and unequivocal communication of withdrawal, provided the goods have been received or the customer provides proof of return—whichever comes first.
Customers are responsible for any depreciation in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, or functioning.

According to Article 103 of Law 3/2014, no withdrawal applies to services or goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
This product qualifies for the following exception:

Returns
The customer must return the product to ABADIA DE COLLADO HERMOSO SL at the address provided, without undue delay and in any case within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal. The deadline will be considered met if the customer sends back the product before the period expires.
The customer will bear the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
ABADIA DE COLLADO HERMOSO SL will issue the refund within 14 calendar days from the date the right of withdrawal is exercised.
If the entity has not agreed to collect the goods itself, it may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the customer provides proof of their return—whichever occurs first.
Defective Product Returns
If the product is defective and the defect is not due to customer misuse, the customer may return it at no cost after notifying ABADIA DE COLLADO HERMOSO SL.
This type of return is not considered a withdrawal.
ABADIA DE COLLADO HERMOSO SL will bear the cost of the return and replace the product according to the terms agreed upon at the time of sale.

Jurisdiction
ABADIA DE COLLADO HERMOSO SL reserves the right to take legal or civil action for misuse of the website or violation of these terms.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by Spanish law. Any disputes may be resolved through arbitration or ordinary jurisdiction, in compliance with applicable rules.
